1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Market Harbor. By using marketharbor.co.uk you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What we do
Market Harbor is an introducer. We collect quote requests and pass them to providers who may be able to help. We are not a lender, insurer, travel agent, telecom network or contractor, and we do not give financial, legal or professional advice. We do not recommend any one provider over another.
3. Using the site to request quotes
- The service is free for customers and there is no obligation to accept any quote.
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate details that are your own. Do not submit someone else’s details.
- Any quote, contract, booking, policy or loan is between you and the provider. Read their terms before you agree to anything.
- We cannot guarantee that a provider will contact you, offer a quote, or accept your application.
4. Partners buying enquiries
Where you buy enquiries from us, these apply unless a signed partner agreement says otherwise:
- Filters. You choose the services, countries and areas you want. We deliver enquiries that match those filters.
- Pricing. Prices per enquiry are agreed in writing and differ for shared and exclusive enquiries. Fees exclude VAT or sales tax.
- Returns. Enquiries with invalid contact details or outside your filters may be returned for credit within 7 days of delivery.
- Your duties. You must hold every licence, registration or authorisation needed to offer your service in each country you buy enquiries from, contact customers only about their request, and comply with data protection and marketing laws.
- Payment. Invoices are due within 14 days. We may pause delivery on overdue accounts.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- introduce malicious code or overload the site;
- scrape or harvest content except by ordinary search indexing;
- submit false information or another person’s details.
6. Trademarks and logos
Brand names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners. They illustrate the markets and types of provider we work across and do not mean the brand endorses or is affiliated with Market Harbor, unless we say so expressly.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that:
- we are not responsible for the goods, services, advice or conduct of any provider you choose;
- we exclude liability for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill and for indirect or consequential loss;
- for partners, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the claim;
- the site is provided “as is”, without a promise that it is always available.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here when you use the site applies to that use.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep any rights the laws of that country give you.
